This large plot is located on the southern flank of the Montgó. On the south side there are beautiful open views over the valley and the mountains, and on the north side you can enjoy the impressive cliffs of the Montgó up close. The plot is slightly sloping and located on the corner of two streets that are already fully urbanised.
